“Every Day Is Saturday In Iraq”

August 10, 2009, Category: Six Days To Saturday

The amazing video you saw on the prior page tells the story of Dustin Salisbury, a Senior Airman in the US Air Force.

I was first contacted by Dustin last year when he was stationed in Iraq as part of the US military operations there.

He sent me an email with the title “Every day IS Saturday in Iraq.”

I did a double-take to make sure i read the title correctly.

I’ve seen people turn Monday into Saturday in many walks of life but I hadn’t heard of someone doing it in the middle of a war!

Here is the exact text of the message sent from Dustin:

Sam, I found your show two weeks ago and it has changed my outlook on life.

I’m deployed to Iraq and I really needed your message to help me realize that life will be better.

I’m not going to waste your time telling you about how bad it is here, because champions don’t blame circumstances, they react to them.

I’m fired up Sam and have some of my fellow Airmen fired up too.

I’m in the Real Estate investing game as well and am jumping back into studying, because I’m determined to make something out of my situation.

I just wanted to thank you Sam.

Dustin Salisbury
- Camp Bucca, Iraq

Wow.

I read his email three times to get the gist of what he was saying. Dustin was not blaming current circumstances or the decisions of others to send him to Iraq.

Dustin knew that inside the word blame is ‘lame’ and he was not going to fall into a world of self pity.

The irony is that nobody would think any less of him if he did, he was fighting a war for crying out loud.  If anyone had a great excuse to fold up the tent ofr the time being it was Dustin.

Dustin always says that he does not want publicity or recognition for his testimony. He is quick to point out that there are many men and women in worse situations that he was in Iraq.

He agreed to record the video for Every Day Is Saturday because of his unwavering belief in motivational messages and the power of personal development.

Dustin is now safely home from his tour in Iraq with his fiancee and credits the Every Day Is Saturday message for his thriving entrepreneurial business. He never lost hope, never gave up on his dream and never lost sight of his very own Saturday.

He’s well on his way to financial freedom and hasn’t even reached his 25th birthday.

He survived the winds of adversity and now most challenges seem like a walk in the park.

Let me ask you a question, Champion:

What winds of adversity are blowing on your Saturday ship right now?

What are you doing to adjust your sail?

Have you clearly defined what your Saturday looks like? Can you visualize it?

Please comment on this blog for others to read, we want your testimony!

You are a Champion!

Sam

    Sam,
    Thanks Thanks Thanks
Finally found someone genuine without the usual “buy before midnight tonight“ or “only 24 copies left” and manipulating The Secret so much that leaves us more confused than guided.

I hope I can find my Saturday soon enough now.

    With gratitude

    Hi Sam,
This looks like a great start. I read your ebook and I liked your story and energy. However, I would like to encourage you to expand your website to include more information about yourself and your message. A newsletter flagging your new podcasts would be great. I would like to follow your new efforts but I hate RSS feeds. I give you the advice that people always give me. Go Bigger. Thanks and Good Luck with your projects. Ed

Jeff, I had read your Six days to Saturday, watched Dustin’s video and as I listened and read your six days to Saturday a feeling deep inside of me was screaming. You see I am almost crippled, I can’t work anymore, and my husband keeps telling me I will be in a wheelchair before long. When I was more able to do things but not able to work, my husband came to me and asked if I wanted to start doing flea market business, it was something he thought I could do to help bring in money, and something for me to do. So I agreed, certain family members..(my son) said this ain’t going to work. To make a very long story short, my husband had me starting all kinds of business after each one had failed. Not that I had given my all, it’s because for some reason things I used for the business got smashed, broken, stolen, burnt, all by my family members. Why? I would ask them….I got from them…It wasn’t my fault, or I don’t know why. So I just told myself…that’s it no more. Not only did they see to it I wasn’t going to have a business, they started stealing items of personal from me, also close to 40,000 dollars stolen from me. So I just said to myself, why do anything else in or with my life. My own family make sure I’m not going to do anything ever again. After reading your story and Dustin’s I stood up and yelled, (of course there is no one home with me) NO MORE!!! So now I’m going to do something (you might say behind all of their backs) and it will be what I want to do….not what someone else has found for me to do. I’m going to start my own business, right here at home. My husband is a truck driver and gone 3 weeks at a time, my children are all grown and gone, so I have the house to myself. I will show them (my family) that they will never stop me from doing anything ever again. I never told you how I felt when they did all this to me because you could never feel the pain in your heart as I did. I will not be put into a wheelchair, I will not be told I can never do anything!!!! I will show them all, and I want to Thank-You ever so much Jeff for helping me, I can never repay you for what you have given me.

God Bless you Jeff and your Family. Treasure each and every day you have and can with them. Teach them the value of Family Love.

    Great job you’re doing Sam.
    Great video Dustin. Well said.
I’m working at getting to Saturday, every day.
Sometimes it takes a little better listening on my part,
or a little more patience, or better attention to detail.
I just have to keep on keepin’ on towards the dream.

Funny story…This morning I was feeling a little bit worse for the wear and tear. I was pondering the global positioning of my pathway if you will.

A car pulls up in the next lane just far enough ahead of me I could read his license plate. It said “HVE VSION”. I’ll be late for the call , but I’ll be there. Keep it up.

    Hi Sam,

From the mouth of babes we do get great wisdom.

I’m an eighty yr old grandma recently widowed and thought I had
lost my Saturdays until I ran across your story again.

I am trying to get my business started again, this time on the
internet and it is harder to do it this time.

I really don’t know what My Saturday will look like when I get there [It's still a day or two later in the week each week].

But, I know God is working on shaping it and it has to be the
    best.

    Thanks for your motivation,
I pray God continues to smile on you.

Sam, Thanks for bringing me out of the fog and inspiring me to seek my saturday. My saturday is with my family at our new house with the a pond like Dustins dream, my saturday it riding bike with my kids, sailing with my kids, playing golf with my kids, as you see everything in my life is about my wife and my kids, what I lack is the time and money to be present for them. this is my dream, financial freedom and the time to enjoy our lifes. Dustin will achieve all of his goals, he reminds me of myself thirty years ago, He had Sam Crowley, I turned to drugs and alcohol. My be now I can make a course correction and live the life of my dreams

    Sam,
It is great that some true leaders and developers, like yourself, find the passion to help and promote their way of success with liberated life to all humankind who are equally searching for exactly what you have accomplished. Life on this earth is truly being enhanced as more persons as yourself promote what this life is about. We all have our pains, sufferings and self limitations. Which can be changed with awareness and desire. I look forward to your interview this evening and your further promotion. A lot of us need the extra boost and direction.

I’ve read your ebook and I like how “down to earth” you are. It leaves me with the feeling anybody can do it and I know that’s true but appreciate your inspiration.

It was very helpful for me to write about my “Saturday” – truly an inspired way of dropping all the what ifs and just getting inside to realize what matters.

Thank you and I’ll be on the call tonight.

Thank you for your inspiration. Sometimes I feel so lonely! I am not in the desert for real but it feel like my own desert. I am working on a business, long hours. My husband is 19 years older and works hard at insurance. We don’t have much in common anymore. I want freedom from finnancial bondage that we put ourselves in. Sometimes it feels like miles away.

I want to see the world, I want to wake up feeling like life has real meaning. I want to stop feeling guilty for the debt. I want to have the self-worth I know I have that gets bruised on a daily basis.

Hello Jim, very motivational stuff. I’ve been fighting severe self negativity for quite some time and have acheived some material success, now I’m purposefully changing my lifestyle to country living and if I really bust my butt 12 hours an day I’ll get 1/2 my usuall pay doing things like everyone else does. I know there is an better way and can see glimpses of it, life on my own terms, then I loose it. I’ve lost it for 2 weeks now and have been boiling in anger and negativity. What do you suggest? Thanks

Sam: What a great story. I am at the beginning of a journey much like yours. I have been a financial adviser for the past twenty three years. Near the end, I knew I was on the wrong path but I couldn’t give up the money and the security. Well, the universe saw to it that I lost both and had no choice but to re-examine my life.

I was asked by my clients to provide a simple book on eliminating debt. My recommendations, although best-sellers, were too intimidating for them. One joked that I should write a book. I laughed because I was busy trying to save a dying company in the worst environment since the Great Depression. When the stock market crashed, there was nothing more for me to do. I had lots of time on my hands. So, I wrote the book “Lessons from the Depression, Eliminating Debt the Old-fashioned Way” and started on a new career as author and speaker.

Your story resonates with me because it isn’t easy taking a leap of faith. It isn’t easy starting with nothing and making something. You have now reached a place that I am driving towards and I thank you for giving me a renewed vision and motivation. You are definitely an inspiration to many. I hope that those who read your story take their life under their own control and make whatever changes they want and not wait, like me, until life forces you to make those changes. I could have saved myself a lot of grief if I had listened to my inner voice and recognized all of the signs around me that said things need to change. But, I am truly grateful that I am now living my “Saturday”

All the best to you and good luck with your launch!

    Hi Sam
I wanted to first say Thank You! I just got back from a trip to California to take a few days to myself after getting official notification that I would be getting displaced. On the drive back to Texas I popped in your CD’s and listened to them 1900 + miles. I’ve kept your words with me daily and know that I will land on my feet. I don’t yet know what my saturday is, time is running short as my day is getting closer to the end but I have a feeling of peace within. I saw the video of Dustin and the message again has set a spark within me. I’ve been into personal development for a few years now and I get fired up thinking about helping others to reach “their saturday”. Most people I know make comments along the line of “You should be a motivational speaker” or “Trace, can you pep me up today?”. I have one dear friend in the same boat as myself who is close to retirement and it kills me that she is losing her job and is terrified that she won’t be able to find somthing. I want to help others to reach that SATURDAY! Any advice you can give or lead me into the direction would be appreciated. Thank you, love and peace Tracey

    Hi Sam,

Many thanks, and I promise to try to turn every day into a Saturday, even Mondays the one day of the week I dislike the most.
To realise my dream, I am afraid I need to make a lot of money, because, my dream is to take my family to live in Australia, which I honestly believe is THE best country in the world, for too many reasons to go into here. It is for their future that I want to do this, you see , I am 61 years old but I have the good fortune to have a young family of 4 great children agea 9,10, 17 and 18 years , plus a lovng wife ,. My age means that I am too old to qualify for the ususal visa requirements, so my only hope is either winning a lottery jackpot or achieving a suuden high increase in my income.
Using the inspirations that you send, I am now more determined than ever to do this.

    Many Thanks

Hi there i would just like to add this is my first time replying to any thing i have read on the internet, you know i am in a way glad that there is people out there like myself who have not had the best of lives i could not begin to tell you mine lets just say it was not great but i have been blessed with two beautiful children that i try to nurture and love so they can be the best at what ever they may choose to do i did not have choice,i also tell them there is no such word as cant i tell them you can do anything,in a way i feel a bit of a hypocrite as due to some health problems i cant do everything i want to do like provide for them a bit more not meaning material things as they mean nothing to me as they can be taken away in a heartbeat i know,i would just like to have enough money to mabye give them a treat now and again,so after i have finished writing this i am going to put my words in to action and try to do something about it dont know how but i am going to try hard to turn this life around,i would like to thank all the people here who shared a bit of there story i know now i am not alone thanks Jacqueline from Scotland

    Hi Sam,

I am so pleased I read your Six Days to Saturday, the goose-pimples were, going down my body! It was just what I needed, I have read the
Secret and have been wishing for what I want, but with no success!
Now I know why, I was just laying-back waiting for things to happen,
    without taking action…
Now of the age of 61 have just broke-up with my parnter of 25 years.
I have always been ambitious but without success because I wanted to
use other people with education and not me, as I have the thoughts but
not the education. But as you say we have it all right here on Internet,
and I also dont have much knowledge about Internet, but i´m learning…
I have´nt had a good education, my spelling is dreadful, well I could go on and on….. But this time I shall do it myself, how I don´t know, but as they say ” when there´s a will there´s a way” so be it!!!

I have just realised that I have made my own Saturday without knowing until I read your meassage. 4 weks ago my mother died at the age of 87. I was completely lost. Two days after her burial I enrolled on a dating site. Why? just being lost I guess. Within those 2 days I found someone I liked. I emailed him! He replied and well we are getting married. My perfect saturday has materialised. It just happened but I was focused to make my life better and find someone to share it with. What a coincidence that today I get your email!

I am glad to hear you share your story for inspiration. I believe in being an action taker. Most people train themselves to be mediocre and give themselves limits. The quote “A mind is a terrible thing to waste” rings so true. You become what you believe. I am an entrepreneur who just found the american dream in my unfranchise business. Anyone can do it, just do it.

I followed my Saturday dream two years ago and now that I have it, I realize it does not make me happy. At this point in my life, I’ve spent over 30 years doing it “their” way and the last two doing it “my” way and now my Saturday passion is to be done working. To just be able to spend time with my family and friends, relaxing and traveling. If there is a way to make that Saturday come to fruition, I definitely want to hear about it.

    Hi Sam,

The timing is absolutely perfect. My wife decided to have a boyfriend so I am 3 years separated, getting a divorce, I am bankrupt I just found out that the rest of my money was ripped out of my account and so I cannot fix my car…and I decided to check my email.

This is perfect. I am not a product of my environment it is a product of me and my actions or inaction. I see this so clearly now.
I know what to do and that is act, act now to make my surroundings just what I want them to be!

I am laughing at all of this!!

    Thank you for the boost.
    I want more.

    Hi Sam
Fred from Melbourne Australia I totally acknowledge your sentiments. I have read other comments from your subscribers and have noticed the heaviness in their replies…
So a few suggestions today may help people cope much better.
First of all we get downloaded with a tonne of negativity every day. A form of conditioning by other people ie governments and negative people in gereral which can include friends and family.
This has to change from now on and to feed your mind with only positive and sustaining thoughts that only inspire you and support you. If it does’t support you, get rid of it… How do you tell what supports you and what does not? EASY! Ask yourself does this idea support me or not? Or does this feel good or not? You need to trust your feelings which is your inner guiding system.
The best way to start turning your life around today is to nip the negative programming we are constantly tormented with. And the biggist culprits are the media. From today turn off your tv, don’t read the papers and start thinking for yourself. You won’t miss anything of true importance. Feed your mind with positive thoughts, hang out with positive people, read inspiring websites because thats what brought you here in the first place.
If you continue to feed your mind with negative thoughts and do what you have always done, you will not change your circumstances. Today you can put a smile on your face and walk around with it and see what happens?
So be true be strong and have faith.

Just new to this site, and glad I found it very inspiring. My question is if I love photography and want to this all the time is that enough to take off for everyday being Saturday? Yes I want this to support me financially – and know that the law of attraction will bring the money to me when I fully get into my project. Where do I start to find out that what I love to do and think my photos are good enough – do I look for a mentor to back me up?

So everyday is Saturday! Great way to start the day….I get up when I want to :) I realy do everyday! settle into an AM meditation, try yoga once in a while have friut for breakfast…followed by too much yummy coffee (hehehehe) going for a walk with my pup MoJo enjoying the smells in the air. Putting a smile on my face like I gotta secret makes others smile too, sometimes I wait for them to smile back.Ya know what, THEY DO! If everyday is saturday then its a good day everyday. Its not for me to decide how someone else is going to be happy but it is my decision if I join them in being unhappy. Imagination is our greatest asset, and my Saturdays are loaded with adventure, lots of smiles, laughter, friends, good food, grandchildren, music and being comfortable in all I do and everywhere I am. I invite others to get up and go out the door to create another great memory. Live life vicariously through your own eyes not somebody elses. Its alot more fun that way…BREAK DOWN your comfort zones. I CAN DO IT …… SO CAN YOU!

    SAM,
I always appreciate stories such as these and your inspiration to keep me keeping on. Sometimes it is difficult to find people of like mind that can operate without any money, in the planning of a city that thinks. This is the real test. Money doesn’t come first afterall. The planning stage comes first and desiding on location. Perhaps we need to just remodel the old cities that are falling apart, as well.

We are so geared for profit that the truth is far from us- EVERYDAY CAN BE SATURDAY! An effort such as this would release people to follow their dream without worrying about the necessities of life, the city will provide all that. I am a designer and a dreamer of altra-modern cities, not of tomorrow but of today, that are not over populated, no homeless nor unemployed.

Cities of no waste with everything recyclable. A school, from K to PhD, where the whole family can participate without 2×4 little rooms to get near sighted in. A school without walls on the order of Star Fleet Academy. A Star School where It is time to look towards the future without greed or corrupt political criminality. Our Constitution needs to be reinstated so society can be restructured to free the people from being economic slaves to the State. (Perhaps we need to fix that first).

Creativity to reinvent the technology that would set people free where all people can share in the wealth of the Nation. All in the restructuring of safe buildings and a resourced based economy. The rich Banksters and Republicrats need to move over since the people have proved themselves smarter than them and allow the this country to reinvent themselves and witness all the technology that has been held back from society. The stranglehold by the Oily Barons need to let lose so the young people of this country can bring forth the technology that would make oil and gas obsolete. Planned obsolecense has to come to an end because it is the crime of the century cluttering the country with tons trash.

Can one man or woman change a country? I think so. I have the purpose and the plan. I think I have a location and a few professional people who are interested. I am not even worrying about the millions of dollars yet, that it is going to take to set this thing up and purchase a thousand acres of land, just for starters. The old adage is; build it and they will come? NO, They will come and we will build and rebuild society together! Today is Saturday!

What some piece of inspiration! I know and have been told by others that I have lots of talent, but have lost my ability to ACT.
I seem to have this virtual fear of myself and my actions and have consequently turned my everyday to Monday [singing the Monday blues often] by not acting.
From Dustin’s story, I’m realizing just how blessed I am to have a good job and to live in such a peaceful country.

hi sam, great video of dustin. its nice people like dustin solve there money problem, but thats not gonna solve are problem in life.we have to focus on are health issue in the united states.we should be teaching people how to heal themself without a doctor, but you have to learn how and why we are a obese country or about heart disease or how the doctors just want to give you pills(there is no pill that cures anything it just surpresses the symptom) or surgery.back to the point once you teach yourself about health you can help yourself and then teach others thats gonna be the next revolution.do like i do: improvise, adapt and overcome.i found my purpose in life and thats to teach you, there is a better way in health.and it wont cost you a arm or leg.youll just ask yourself why is are goverment doing this to us.but that will just get you depressed lol i know money runs the world, but there is a better way and it starts with your health.

vision on your mind of what you want and keep it positive for if you don’t
the negative tries to take over don’t let it! write down what you want so that you can look at it to remind you and keep you on track to what you
want, for God said a man with out a vision shall pairish or my people
pairish because of lack of knowledge, wisdom, and understanding.Amen

I’m also “Fired Up!!” to release my potential on the world by firstly making a solo yacht voyage single handed around the world thus enabling me to spread the word of Hope to any of the lonely lost souls out there and secondly to help those people out there(of which there are many) who suffer from what I used to have – Bi-Polar Disorder.
I know I can make a difference to all their lives as I’ve lived through it for over 27Yrs.That is why every day is a “Saturday” for me!!

Hi Sam: I want to first say the main reason I got this far was because of Mind Movies Team. I trust them to give me positive motivation. Even as choppy as Dustin’s video was I watched. I gave my name and email and was lead hear. I have not even downloaded your book yet, but after reading your blog and all of the comments I have to say a couple of things.
THANK YOU. I went back to the original email and forwarded it to a friend of mine who happens to be at time in her life that is rough. Like Tracy I talk to many different types of people and wonder why it is so simple to motivate others and not be able to take one’s own advice. Fred (Australia) Ron and Miriam you are all so right. Keeping positive thoughts, people and actions around you, keeping faith with Creator you have no alternative to be positive.
And to Camille asking for help: Camille you have already been given the first step of help this ebook that even I have not yet read, but if all of the people here feel the inspirational pull from Sam, if everyone can feel as though they either have their Saturdays, almost near there Saturdays, believe they will finally achieve their Saturdays, then you have been blessed to work on your Saturdays.
I know that it is hard out here. Im on unemployment and pray that there will be an extension available – I have not been able to find work right now, the car company wants to be difficult, etc. But you know what – I’m not letting any of that stress me, because I believe that I will either find another job, or the business that I am trying to do on the net will work out. I have faith and I believe. YOU HAVE TO BELIEVE and HAVE FAITH IN YOURSELF and you shall share in all that is good for you.

Sorry for the soapbox. I am going to go now and download and read your report and can guarantee that it will be another boast to my getting to my Saturdays.

Do you know what I really liked in Dustin’s video?

It was when he was saying about the conditions that he faced in Iraq, and the fears and the negative influences around him. Especially the bit where he says, “You are the voices around you. I was just trying to change the voices around me and just ignore everything else.” Wow. Powerful imagery there!

Then he goes on to say what Sam said to him, “You’re a champion. There’s nothing stronger than you.” Dustin continues, “And I got to start thinking like, you know what? This is going to be temporary.”

That’s strong stuff. How does he finish? “If you never heard Sam Crowley’s message, then your’e really missing out!”

    Great stuff guys!

    Hi Sam,

Hearing Dustin, gave me hope that there are people out in the world who still up hold human rights, and that I can over come the situation I am dealing with. I just needed to find them. In the last 15 years a group of people, including police officers, military personnel, gov employees and bank employees to name a few have dashed most of my belief that people in these positions fought crime, and did not created it while destroying lives around them.
The wind of adversity that is blowing in my life, is like a hurricane that will not go away. I have my Saturday, I know what it looks like, and I am soooo ready to live what I have always dreamt about; I just have a small tiny problem to eradicate permenetly out of my life.
With the assistance of a lawyer and friends I am trying to clear up 15 years of being stalked and harassed, slandered, Identity theft, fraud and theft of most of my money. I am not sure why these people need to focus their unbalanced mental state at me or why they need to slander my name or steal my money, this I can not answer. I can only readjust my sails by redirecting this dysfunctional mind set back out of my life and back in to the lives of those who choose to live with such dysfunction, which is causing so much trouble for my friends, co-workers and I. So if anything I need some champions to help me readjust my sail, and sail into my Saturday.
Standing in the eye of a hurricane waiting for Saturday.

    Hi Sam
Just got introduced to you. So far I’m very impressed and I‘ve been a self improvement student for years. Always try to have positive people and messages around me. But the nature of my horrible job makes it difficult. Fund raising by phone for various political organizations. Talk about stress.
Any way made numerous attempts to escape corporate hell, with consent of my spouse only. But usually run into the terror barrier or the lack of ? But I have found a couple of keys with your free report already which may clear the road for my Saturday passion.
Perhaps like Napoleon Hill’s book “Think and Grow Rich” mentions.
When the student is ready the teacher will appear. Makes more sense today, then when I read it many times before.
Also I agree with Paul D above about not getting a lame sales pitch crammed down my throat right away. Before I even get to know your methods.

    Hello Sam,
I think I may have reached my tipping point some time ago, without actually realising it. I do remember making a decision to just keep on going, in the midst of apparent adversities.
I remind myself of this phrase most every day, while I am in this thought, it helps me to regain my focus on developing my business.
While there was a time in my life that I was afraid to be successful…yeah…we all know that one…now I find myself saying yes to opportunities that come my way, no matter big or small, and trust that the ones that are in alignment with my loaf goals or current intent, are the ones that continue to attract more energy around themselves, gaining momentum, and the ones that are not in alignment just seem to fall away.
It really is an Every Day is Saturday thing for me, because its almost like kicking back, not making huge decisions, and letting it all come to me…then following through with inspired action. A bit like room service from the universe.
I see my dreams for my business coming into being, all I need is take the baby steps, dream the dreams, and be in alignment.
Some months back I decided I wanted to create my own printed fabrics for my designs…not knowing anything other than that….this month I have found myself actually holding workshops, where I am teaching other women the basics of fabric printing. I feel as if I have value added to my dream…a possibility for me now?…going on an all expenses paid cruise (as well as income of course), where I hold classes on board for the passengers….some Saturday huh?….
If I could pass something on …to the other Saturday seeking people….Just keep on going…keep on trusting…be as allowing as you can possibly be…and always…always…say thank you

    Dear Sam,

READ your book on SIEZE YOUR SATURDAY POWER. What an eye-opener that was for me. Read also some of the reports from people who have written to you, and how they have been inspired.

I am at the moment at my ‘TIPPING POINT’. I have reached a cross-road in my life and am stuck as to the path to follow. I have been where everyone else has been. The discouragements from friends and family, etc the works. I have been there, yet I still find myself right back where I first found myself to be stuck. THEN came the THE EYE-OPENER!!!!! in your book. I saw these words pop up in your book ”TERROR BARRIER” and I thought ”Wow” that is my cross-road. That is eaxactly where I am. No wonder I AM UNDECIDED AS TO THE PATH TO TAKE. I have the ”TERROR BARRIER” SYNDROME. So the question for ME was ‘HOW TO GET ACROSS THAT BARRIER’? So I thought to myself, ‘Think of the TERROR BARRIER as a closed gate. Your everyday is Saturday is on the other side of that gate. I on the other side. On the same side with you are: Your fears, your doubts, the discouraging elements like family and friends. THEY ARE ON THE SAME SIDE WITH YOU, ALSO STUCK AT THEIR OWN CROSS-ROADS and trying to keep you there with them. I thought then, WHAT DO YOU DO FROM HERE???? ANSWER: OPEN THE GATE AND JUST WALK THROUGH. CLOSE IT BEHIND YOU AND TAKE THE HANDS OF YOUR SATURDAY AND WALK AWAY. WALK AWAY FROM THOSE fears, doubts and discouraging elements on the otherside of the gate you have left behind. GO AND PICK YOUR LINING AT THE END OF YOUR RAINBOW!!!!!!!

Many many thanks SAM, You are truly a GOD-SEND!!!!!!!

I do hope many people might read this and like myself, OPEN THE GATE of their TERROR BARRIER and JUST WALK THROUGH.

Hi Sam, I can understand what you mean when you say ‘Everyday is Saturday’ . I had a theory I have been working on which actually is quite similar.
The only differnence is I always say ..
” Work for what you love in life, and you will never work a single day in your life” &
“Do not look out for money when you enjoy working … money always follows”

    Hi there Sam,

It was nearly 1 year ago since I met you in Hawaii when you spoke at a seminar, and the words you spoke changed me, and thus changed my life.

I laughed and cried – with you and at you! Thank you for opening my eyes, my ears and my life.

I am happy to say that my success in this personal development home business is partly due to you.

I work with honesty and integrity, I no longer make compromises with myself and my life.

We all have 2 decisions: make a living or design a life!

EVERY DAY IS SATURDAY – That is a life worth living!

I am truly grateful, thank you!

I always try to make everyday a good one, even though daily life can be challenge. I just laugh at work when people expect more than I can give sometimes. A challenge is what makes me work harder. I am determined not to fall into the traps that others set for me. A keen mind and wisdom will get you along way in life. My job is political and I am not , so I balance out work without being involved in all the politics, I have survived for over 15 years, I know that I am the key to my own success.
I really enjoyed your talk . I can see that many will benifit from Every Day Is Saturday. Keep up the good work!

    HI Sam,
I’ve just registered myself because I would like to become “easier” and “free” and I need to create a happier attitude towards my “future”.
So far “Saturday” has never meant anything to me, because Saturday is the day where I work a lot and deal with other’s situation. I feel sometimes that on Saturday I even get more exhausted than during the week.
I am sceptic a bit about this story but I am going to read your report with curiosity and hope that the effect on people’s life is not just due to a “mass hysteria” based on illusion and cheap inspiration created by virtual communication.
I really do hope that people sharing their thankful admiration above are not naive people and the effects, the changes they are going through are real, true and positive.
I’ll be back soon to share my coming experience I might encounter because of reading this report “Saturday” report.

How can one work use a wonderful tool like…. ‘Every Day is Saturday’ to heal the body, especially injuries?

I would love to heal so that I can accomplish what I want in my life. I will try to really try to ‘visualize’ and ‘feel’ what that look like. I will try to get over the barrier and see myself opening the door and walking straight through it. Do hope I have understood this correctly. :-)

    Hi Sam,

This morning is the darkest day of my life. My son was rushed to the hospital trying to end his life. He was feeling well the last time I saw him and both of us agreed to spend a holiday week together.
I do not know what happened between Tuesday Aug 18 and the day after..he was suppose to travel and visit me for this week holiday, instead I receive a call that he was rushed to the hospital because he tried to end is life.

He did have his problems, but I thought he was moving already on the right direction, but I was wrong….

My problem is I am too far away from my son to take care of him , and I just lost my job last April 2009, and so financially I am in a tight financial situation. I do not know what to do, but I do know what I want for my Saturday….to help my son find his way and be the supportive mother that he needs in this trying times of his life…

I am taking the power into my hands, that my son will find his way and what ever it takes from me I will be there to help him all the way…..

I am envisioning finding the job, that will help me financially to help my son, after all I am a professional trained accountant inspite of the difficulty the present economic situation presents.

I want to thank you for putting our positive vision in the internet…people like me who is in the point of despair needed to know that we can take control of the worst that life will throw on our way…and we need to be positive and hopeful even if the day that you are facing seems to be covered with darkness and despair….

    Thank you again,

    Sam,

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

For once I have received a message that didn’t first focus on what I was doing wrong, and then looking for a pay-out at the bottom of a very long, boring email!!!!

I downloaded your “Seize your Saturday Power” and actually read it. Most of them . . . I just download and close the file before even glancing at them. Your story is inspiring because you talked about “your experience”. The most powerful line that jumped off the page was:

“Here I was with a message that was being muted.”

I have friends and family that have continuously been telling me that I should be a stand-up comedian, or a motivational speaker, or a teacher, or a therapist, a life coach, etc. Having been a plus sized person my entire life, I have always been told (by society) that I was always “less than”! I just had a conversation with a friend last night about how people are always telling me “you’re too loud”, “you’re too fat”, “you’re too this and you’re too that”!

This new age society is always finding fault with everyone about everything! Whatever happened with accepting a person for who they are, and loving their faults as well as their good qualities.

I’m not saying there isn’t anything wrong with trying to improve oneself. But, I can actually see why so many people are so darn insecure these days with all the hype about striving for “perfection” TO PLEASE OTHERS!

Your message was loud and clear for me. I have to focus on stop worrying about what others have thought about me, how others have judged me . . . and start focusing on sending my messages of encouragement, acceptance and caring (of course, along with my God given sense of humor – LOL).

Well, I’m looking forward to all your emails and information (in whatever format provided)!

    Again . . . THANKS!

Thank you so much Sam for allowing me to read this free eBook. It is wonderful. You’re right, I did know all this stuff. Life just gets in the way and I forget. I have dreams and intend to see them come true. Reading this eBook though helped me realize/remember what my biggest dream/goal is or at least should be. I am going to pursue it to the fullest extent although it may not make me much money at first if at all, but it is a passion of mine and I am going for it… Thank you for taking the time and having such a kind heart to share this eBook and your heart with us who are struggling so much and may just need a few reminders once in awhile (that we DO have all we need…). May God continue to Bless You and Yours forevermore. Sincerely I thank you.

Very interested ! Whats it all about? Been interested in self-development for about 10 years now, but it kind of went on the back burner. Have been involved in several businesses in the past, one in paticular, which involved self empowerment material- lost over £30.000 . I once read or heared, you need to find something you are interested in and the money will come which I know has been mentioned several times.
After reading your report I feel motivated once more! I do have an issue with clear set goals, dreams. I dont want megga money but I want to be happy and of course, you do need some money to be happy especially when you have three kids to look after- I dont want be thinking about bills all the while – in fact I dont but my partner worries terribly- very negative chap to live with.
Whoops dont want to go down that road, not when Im beginning to feel inspired again
Thanks for the read but what next please?

    Hi

I think Ive registered here before, and like with most of us Im sure – keep losing my focus, and running out of time to pursue my dream..I can assosciate well with your situation Sam – I work full time – well Ive taken one day off a week to pursue my goals…but still find the need to pay the mortgage, bills etc etc…..keeps me stuck in that steady income job – but unlike the others I advertise the fact Im going to leave, Im going to work for myself……….I dont want to just stay for the pension…………I stay up into the early hours excited about business ideas and the possible opportunities they could open up to me in terms of having more time, being able to spend time with family and friends and help others on a larger scale…………………and when I get there Im sure I’ll shout it from the rooftops like you have………..because how wonderful to prove all of those doubters wrong, and maybe help them too!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks Sam for inspiration and encouragement!!!

    Best Wishes

    Hi Sam,

I have been working like a madman for more than 10 years now. I tell myself that it has not been in vain but there are days when I wonder if I am doing the right thing. I sometimes don’t see my children during the week and quite often I don’t even have time for myself. I am in dire need for “communicating” with someone like you because I feel my energy running generally low. However there are days when all this work is almost at an end. Listening and reading you has definitely closed the gap. Thank you

    Hi Sam
I love your sense of humour and personality. I guess I’ve seized my Saturday in that I left New Zealand and am living in France. The road here was strewn with Mondays. I have always been passionate about organic products and learning non-medical ways to heal and balance the body/mind, so imagine my absolute shock when my only daughter developed a nasty disease and succumbed, despite all my efforts (and her decision to get medical attention as well). Talk about questioning everything I’d believed in up to then .. but I’ve learnt that dis-ease is either a wake-up call or a way out. I found I didn’t have the courage to follow her so I had to make the decision that if I was going to stay here, I had to make it count. To help me in this, the Universe put a healing modem in my path which has given me the reason to continue. With no husband, a very unsupportive to hostile family and now no child, I came to realise how much I had depended on others to make me happy, and that my first goal was to find my own inner peace and happiness for myself. Grief did shut me down and this course took all the money I had, so when I decided that France needed what I had to give – despite dire warnings from my French friends that alternative healing was dimly viewed in their very negative-minded country – all I had left was my meagre life insurance savings, which I cashed in. So here I am, with currently 300 euros to my name, trying to find a way through a French Resistance that is more obdurate and efficient than anything they produced in the war, but convinced that this country needs what I have to offer. Other alternative healers around me are struggling and despondent, but I can’t and won’t go home without lots of money so giving up is not an option. I succeed or die trying! I have wonderful friends (from my youth, when I lived here .. did I mention that I’ll be 60 in three weeks?) and I live in a beautiful area; all that remains is a structure and presentation that is irresistible to even the toughest cynic. I was wallowing a bit in my life boat in becalmed waters, but you – a breath of fresh air – have put some wind in my sails and I’m off again. France truly is an island of medical tradition, surrounded by a sea of countries embracing alternative healing. To this end they need me more than ever, and it is people like you who give me the courage to keep moving forward. I needed to leave home to give me the space to re-invent myself and get away from haunting memories. I don’t care when I die – or where – but I do care about my life having some meaning otherwise what am I doing still here…. Well, it’s actually Saturday today, so a good day to sit down and start creating from what I’ve just heard from you. Good on ya, mate…..

Good Day, I just listened to your brief video and would like my saturday to be everyday. I am currently unemployed after working for a company as a Government Collect since Nov. 06 and after many trials with my health in this year the company instead of working with me, fired me. I dedicated myself fully to this company on to be fired. I would like to take this step forward to become self-sufficient and find my destiny in life. I would be financially stable, as well as stable without a corporation dictating my status of employment. Too many times, we give ourselves to corporations only for them to do as they like with us. I am a mother of two, and a wife, and would like to send all of my time with my family, as well as become financially stable, and love my life. Thank you so much for this oppurtunity and I look forward to receiving your report. God Bless you and thanks for sharing your information with the world.

    Hi Sam

Since I left college in 1997 I have been in a family business for ten years which went broke in 2007. I lost almost everything I had , start developing projects on my own in furniture, energy, etc still no success, even start applying for a job ( I am an architect ) but never feel resonating with that. luckily I still have mother , I have listen to all kind of gurus in the web. All those are wonderful people and I really like what you say either in your audio download and you pdf. is what I have heard hundred of times and I totally agree. One thing that is interesting is that some years ago a Peruvian Shaman told me that I liked to help people, and I said well, yes. But in my mind I thought , how can you do it if you have no money or economic resources to do it. So start thinking about really making a huge amount in some project or business . Earn a lot give away a lot smartly.

Thank you, and looking forward to learn more about getting to every day saturday

Is this co-incidence or what. Just back from holidays in Australia, and went to a open air market with wife and kids. Told my wife – look how happy these people are. They do what they want, have all the time in the world, and no stresses – it appears at least. Back to work, and last night at dinner my son (aged 5) says, “Dad, I wish I had 6 Dads” Why – I said, knowing well what was coming next. “Well, you’re never here so if I have 6 Dads I’ll have one for everyday of the week?” Talk about driving home a point and tearing my heart in half. And then, I came across your message and site today. I hope I have the courage to address my sons “message” before it’s too late.

    Dear Sam,
It’s been a while since I started to look out for any kind of spiritual help and motivation to help me get trought bad times,I’m 29 years old girl studing Decoration at the Accademia Di Belle Arti di Venezia (Fine Arts Accademy Venice,Italy). The reason I choose it was because it was less expencive that any other that can give me a diploma so I can do wat I realy like in my life and that is decorating. For here in europe there is no education for a Decorater, just some private scools that cost a lot of money, and I couldn’t afford it. Now at the very end of studing i freaked out, nothing was going as it should have, not enough money, job I hate, proffesors….I started to loos track so I went on the internet and founded all kinds of stuff: Numerology to help me find who I am, mind movies for motivation and YOU saying this can all happent, I always Knew I was ment to do more and now as the past days I had little accidents think of me as that palm tree you where telling us about,THANK YOU SO MUTCH FOR THAT,my life has always been more difficult that it should have been,I’ve lost my mother 2 and a half years ago,she was my lighthous on the sea…I felt so lost…without, but now it is time to change it all and make it how it should be for me.I want to be a Decorater a special one that also creates unic stuff for clients, that is what Academy is for Art. If ther is anyone that likes my dream, shares my dream or just wants to support it let me know. To all you beautifull people around the world all i can say is what Walt Disney once said ” IF YOU CAN DREAM IT, YOU CAN DO IT”
P.S. I’m from Croatia by the way

Hi Sam! I don’t know you but you say good things.

I’m 71 going on 35, my belief is that if you think young you will be young, at least in your head. That outlook will give you the courage of the young. I reckon that if you can think of something you’ld like to do, you can accomplish it.

Never let others make mistakes for you. Ask for advice but study it carefully before you make a decision. It then becomes your decision and your mistake if it goes wrong. Too often people say you can’t do something although they have never attempted it. Don’t listen to them, it’s your dream, make it work.

Keep in mind that a problem is only a question waiting for an answer. You just have to work out what the question is.

This next might be difficult for many of you. I absolutely refuse to worry about anything. To my knowledge worry has never ever solved a problem. If I owed the bank a million, I wouldn’t worry about it. The bank manager is already doing that, it doesn’t take two of us. Mind you it does help that you don’t get into that position. Keep in mind though that all the time you are worrying you’re not helping to solve the problem of how to allay the debt. Don’t let worry get in the way of clear thinking. Muddy thinking will produce muddy results or none at all.

Always have a dream to go for, just because you’ve attained one doesn’t mean you can’t go for another and another. Don’t mistake wishful thinking for a dream, make yourself part of the dream, then make it work.

Abandon the words “I want”. Use the words “I wil get”. “I want” is just wishful thinking. “I will get” demands positive action.

Anyone who reads this should be aware that they are my personal comments on my way of thinking. They are not meant as advice. You make your own mistakes as I have on many occasions. They are my mistakes though, I can’t blame anyone else

I had meant to keep this brief. Sorry!

    Tony.

I’m looking for ways to save my husband before that J.O.B kills him, literally, and with your enthusiasm and help, I know we’ll be ok. Thanks for the encouraging words, It has been a struggle for me financially and I have meditated, affirmed success , prosperity and expect a miracle.
I am 69 years old female raising a fifteen year old granddaughter, living paycheck to paycheck. I realize I have to make some changes or I will loose . My dream is to be financially independent and I claimed September 2009 my victorious year. I could use some help in making my dream come ture.
My goal is to develop a Kinship Care Program that will provide services and resource information to grandparents, and other kin raising children not their own. I have used my own finances to communicate with kinship caregivers and assist with information. Being financially independent will provide resources to create a network that will benefit children being raise by kin and provide fiances for my personal use without stress or strain. I could use “Everyday is Saturday approach.

    Hi Sam
You are a Champion inspiration to us all. Thank you for sharing your financial freedom and your passion. I have found my passion in interior design and am studying an online course through the UK. I have read a number of motivational books and followed various motivational speakers such as yourself to find my passion. Your affirmations are working in my life and as soon as I have finished studying, I intend following my passion in interior design on a part-time basis until it becomes lucrative to enter it full time. Everyday is my best day, I live life to the full, exploring all avenues, meeting the right people and most of all having fun – why? Because everyday is Saturday! Thank you, Champion!

Sam, thanks a lot for such an inspiring words that increase my self confidence and enhance my knowledge about the real life everyone is facing. I don’t know yet what would be my story? But, as I went through the different testimonies, I feel something different. A powerful sense that I can make a total turn around in my life. Yes, fouser almost 31 years in my life, I think I had all the best of my saturdays. But, I have something that I really really wanted to do but so afraid to move forward. Thanks for your words that pushed me to do whatever my heart desired. I am sure that I can make it possible today because right from this moment is the start of my “Everyday is Saturday”. I have finally looked at your video, “Every Day is Saturday”, I have yet to read your book and I will, however without reading I received a powerful message from the Service Man and the comments of others. My husband and I operate a small Corporation that specilizes in Asbestos Abatement and Demolition going in to its 3rd year. Needless to say there have been more downs than ups. But we are hanging in there. I firmly beleive in God and the knowledge that He won’t send you too it if He would not see you throught it. That being said He also leads you to other people that will inspire and give you hope from their own experiences and life events. I also beleive that there is a reason for everything. Nothing is done in a vaccum, there is cause and effect, rather it is positive or negative. It feels good to know that you are not alone, because sometimes you can get caught-up in your emotions when the Sun seems to be behide a cloud.Thank you for speaking out and encouraging your Brothers and Sisters. Again on a personal note the time was right for me too hear your voice. God never makes mistakes.I believe that I am blessed and that Life can be fun for me again, it is a gift. And I am a Champion, and so is my company. And so are my Brothers and Sisters that are willing to change. To those who read this don’t let fear stop you. Be Happy and remember to Live Simply, Laugh Often, and Love deeply.
    Thanks Sam!!!!

I have listened to your audios, watched your videos and read your report now what can I say Sam, except thank you, thank you, thank you! You are inspiring, encouraging and very motivated which I can feel and now want to do something more with my life. I’ve been retired now for almost 6 years because of ill health, and I’ve now reached the stage where bordom has set in; therefore, couldn’t figure out where I was going to go from here. I am well cared for financially and so forth but fulfilment? No. But no more. I’ve neglected the “champion within long enough” and now it’s time, to bring her out of the closet. Thank you Sam for reminding me. I want to live my Saturdays every day and truly enjoy them. God bless you.

Hi Sam, A friend of mine sent me an email with your interview on fox news. It has uplifted me and given me a new direction. You see my husband and myself have gone through our own adversities, I guess like most of us. My husband was laid off when 911 occured and was unemployed for 2 years. During those two years I supported my family. We had at the time a 3 year old and a new born baby. When my husband was employed once more we decided we had to start our own business so that if something like that happened again we would not find ourselves in the same situation we had once before. I found that I was working 24/7 hardly seeing the kids and not to mention the business sank us financially. See my husband got diagnosed with tonsillary cancer when we had just begun our business. As we all know the bills don’t stop coming just because we are going to some difficult times. Fast forward 2 years, my husband is cancer free we sold our business, but we were left with a large sum of money in debt. I have decided to start a personal development home business, I have been doing it now for 3 months, I strongly believe in their products and feel this will be our answer to get us out of our financial mess, and give me my freedom to a stay at home mom and still reaping the benefits of a 6 figure income earner. Why you have inspired me and motivated me is because as we all know everything at first takes a learning curve, and on those days when things can get a little frustrating I can always come to your page and find something motivational and inspiring.
thank you for giving us champions this page
